Lettings & Property Coordinator

About the role

Responsive Property Management (RPM) is expanding its team in Swindon and seeks a proactive Lettings & Property Coordinator. You will support both lettings and property management functions, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and high‑quality service for landlords, tenants, and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate property maintenance from reporting to completion, liaising with contractors, tenants and landlords.
• Prepare tenancy agreements, manage referencing, onboarding, renewals and notices.
• Track and maintain compliance certificates (Gas Safety, EICR, EPC, Fire Safety, Legionella) and HMO licensing records.
• Book and support property viewings, respond to prospective tenant enquiries and assist with marketing listings.
• Assist with block management administration, resident communications and contractor coordination.
• Provide regular updates to landlords, build strong relationships and resolve customer issues.
• Identify and support new business opportunities to grow the portfolio.

• Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑focused with strong communication skills.
• Proactive, driven and comfortable liaising with a range of stakeholders.
