Lettings Property Lister

About the role

The Lettings Property Lister will join Connells Group’s Taylors residential lettings team in Bedford. Reporting to the lettings manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new rental properties, conducting valuations and delivering a high standard of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and win new property listings and landlord instructions.
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants through a professional, friendly approach.
• Carry out rental valuations and market appraisals to set competitive rents.
• Support the lettings team by contributing to proactive business generation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in estate agency roles such as lister, valuer, lettings or sales negotiator.
• Proven ability to generate new business in a target‑driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Resilient, organised, numerate and detail‑oriented.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and standard internet/email tools.
