Lettings Property Manager – Middlesbrough

About the role

Reed in Teesside is seeking a motivated Lettings Property Manager to join a well‑established estate agency in Middlesbrough. The role is on‑site at one of the company’s developments and offers the chance to build strong relationships with tenants and colleagues in a fast‑paced lettings environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage enquiries from prospective tenants and landlords, delivering a professional and responsive service throughout the lettings process.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, presenting properties confidently and answering customer queries.
• Support the preparation and progression of tenancy agreements, referencing, and related documentation while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate property and client records using internal systems, keeping information up‑to‑date and well‑organised.
• Identify opportunities to increase lettings activity and nurture strong client relationships to contribute to project performance.

Required profile

• Previous experience within an estate agency, lettings, or property management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships across a wide client base.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage competing priorities in a busy office.
• Commercial awareness and a focus on delivering high levels of customer service in a target‑driven setting.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle may be required for property viewings.
