Level 3 Childhood Teaching Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Level 3 Childhood Teaching Assistant to join our early years team in North London. This full‑time, temporary position supports children’s learning and development through play‑based activities in a safe, nurturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support children’s learning through play, games and structured activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean and nurturing classroom environment.
• Monitor and record children’s developmental progress.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues, parents and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies, including an enhanced DBS check.

Required profile

• Cache Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in early years education.
• Experience working with children in an early years setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
• Enhanced DBS clearance and verifiable references.
