Level 3 Early Years Educator – Outdoor Nursery (Full/Part Time)

About the role
Join a unique, outdoor‑focused nursery in Cheltenham as a Level 3 Early Years Educator. You will support children aged 0‑5 to explore, learn and thrive through nature‑based activities, either full‑time or part‑time.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging EYFS‑aligned activities that encourage curiosity and independence.
- Act as a Key Person, building strong relationships with children, families and external professionals.
- Observe, assess and record each child’s development and achievements.
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and promote confident risk‑taking outdoors.
- Assist with meals, personal care and daily routines.
- Collaborate with a supportive team and contribute to a positive nursery culture.
Required profile
- Full Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification (NVQ, CACHE or equivalent).
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework (training provided for newly qualified practitioners).
- Passion for outdoor learning and child development.
- Willingness to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate.
