Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

About the role

We are seeking a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our supportive EYFS team in West Ealing from September 2026. This full‑time position offers the chance to work in a well‑organised, play‑based learning environment within a friendly primary school.

Key responsibilities

• Support children’s learning through play‑based activities.
• Assist the class teacher with planning and delivering engaging EYFS provision.
• Promote language development, early literacy and numeracy.
• Observe children’s progress and contribute to assessments and learning journals.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment.
• Encourage social, emotional and behavioural development.
• Collaborate with the EYFS team and communicate effectively with parents when required.

Required profile

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification recognised in England (e.g., Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education and Care, Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce, NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Care, Learning and Development, BTEC National Diploma in Children’s Care, Learning and Development, CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Care).
