About the role
Reeson Education is seeking enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join a candidate pool for immediate, full‑time positions across East London, primarily in the borough of Waltham Forest. You will work in nurturing nursery settings, delivering high‑quality early education and care to children aged 0‑5.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, play‑based learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
- Support children’s social, emotional and communication development.
- Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Assist with daily care routines and wellbeing activities.
Required profile
- Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential).
- Previous experience in an early years setting or as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner.
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
- Reliable, caring, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Availability for an ASAP start.
