About the role
We are looking for a Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a thriving primary school in Kensington & Chelsea from September. The role involves supporting young learners in the Early Years Foundation Stage, with a focus on pupils who have additional needs.
Key responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support to EYFS pupils.
- Assist children with Special Educational Needs to access the curriculum.
- Help develop communication, social and confidence‑building skills.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to plan and deliver inclusive activities.
- Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and support provided.
Required profile
- Level 3 Early Years or Teaching Assistant qualification.
- Experience working with children, preferably with SEN.
- Patient, nurturing and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented school environment.
