Level 3 Nursery Assistant – Early Years Support

About the role

Reed Education is looking for enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Assistants to join a variety of early years settings across Crawley. You will help create a safe, nurturing environment where children can explore, learn and develop confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the lead practitioner with daily activities and routines.
• Support children’s learning and play, encouraging creativity and social interaction.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment.
• Engage positively with families and respond to their queries.
• Help with record‑keeping and basic administrative tasks as required.

Required profile

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent).
• Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
• Positive, engaging attitude with children, staff and families.
• Reliability, flexibility and a commitment to high‑quality care.
• Availability to start as soon as possible.
