Level 3 Nursery Assistant (EYFS) – Full‑time Temporary

About the role

Prospero Teaching is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Assistant to join a popular mainstream primary school in Harrow (HA2). The role involves planning, preparation, and delivering EYFS teaching, as well as engaging with parents during evenings.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver EYFS curriculum for nursery children.
• Prepare teaching resources and classroom activities.
• Conduct parent evenings and communicate progress.
• Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.
• Work full‑time (8:30 am‑4:00 pm, Monday‑Friday, term time only).

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of Nursery/EYFS teaching experience in the UK.
• Level 3 qualification in Education, Support or Childcare.
• Up‑to‑date safeguarding training (issued within the last year).
• Right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
• Two professional child‑related references covering the last two years.
