Level 3 Nursery Assistant – Supply (Leeds)

About the role

Join a leading early years supply team in Leeds, supporting a variety of nurseries, pre‑schools and EYFS settings on a flexible, day‑to‑day or short‑term basis. This role allows you to choose the days and hours that suit your lifestyle while gaining experience across multiple settings.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality care and support to children in EYFS environments.
• Plan and facilitate child‑led play in line with the EYFS framework.
• Maintain safeguarding standards and ensure a safe environment.
• Communicate effectively with staff, parents and children.
• Adapt quickly to different settings and follow each setting’s policies.

Required profile

• Recent hands‑on experience in a UK nursery, pre‑school or primary EYFS setting.
• Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (e.g., CACHE or NVQ).
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Valid enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Positive, proactive attitude and excellent communication skills.
