Level 3 Nursery Nurse – Early Years (East London)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join supportive early years settings across East London. You will work with children aged 0‑5, delivering high‑quality care and education while following the EYFS framework.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily care and learning activities for children 0‑5 years old.
• Plan and deliver engaging EYFS‑aligned activities.
• Observe, assess, and record each child’s progress.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment.
• Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies.

Required profile

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare (or equivalent).
• Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development.
• Professional, caring, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
