Level 3 Nursery Nurse – Flexible Early Years Roles

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Level 3 qualified Nursery Nurses to support schools, nurseries and children’s centres across South East London and North West Kent. Whether you are newly qualified or have several years of experience, you will work in a variety of early‑years settings, creating safe and stimulating environments for children aged birth to five.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver play‑based learning activities that align with the EYFS framework.
• Support children’s social, emotional and physical development through daily interactions.
• Maintain high standards of care, health and safety, and safeguarding at all times.
• Observe, assess and record children’s progress and share feedback with families.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.

Required profile

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years.
• Valid Paediatric First Aid certificate.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and children’s welfare.

Required skills

• EYFS curriculum implementation.
• First aid response for children.
