Level 3 Nursery Practitioner (Early Years)

About the role

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our supportive team at Victoria House Day Nursery and Pre‑school in Marlow. You will work in a nurturing environment, helping children learn, play and develop safely while enjoying flexible working options.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver fun, age‑appropriate activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Build trusted relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating environment for all children.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a happy, supportive atmosphere.

Required profile

• Level 3 childcare qualification.
• Compassionate, reliable and committed to making a difference daily.
• Confident written and spoken English.
