Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Early Years Role

About the role
We are seeking a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join high‑quality nurseries in Dartford and surrounding areas. You will support children aged 0‑5 years, delivering engaging activities and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality care and education for children aged 0‑5 years.
- Plan and deliver age‑appropriate, engaging activities.
- Observe, record and report children’s progress in line with the EYFS framework.
- Maintain safeguarding, health and safety standards at all times.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
- Keep the learning environment clean, safe and stimulating.
- Collaborate effectively as part of the nursery team.
Required profile
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent).
- Passion for working with young children.
- Good knowledge of the EYFS framework.
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive, caring and enthusiastic attitude.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
