About the role
We are looking for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly nursery team in Ramsgate from 1st September. This full‑time position offers the chance to support children’s early learning in a safe and stimulating environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality care and learning experiences for children.
- Support children’s development through engaging activities and play.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating nursery setting.
- Follow safeguarding policies and nursery procedures at all times.
Required profile
- Level 3 Nursery Qualification (or higher) – essential.
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
- Genuine passion for children’s learning and development.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework.
