About the role
We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Poppies Beaconsfield Day Nursery. You will work in a supportive environment, helping children learn, play and develop safely while following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age‑appropriate activities that align with EYFS objectives.
- Build trusting relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating learning environment.
- Collaborate with the team to promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
Required profile
- Level 3 childcare qualification.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Compassionate, reliable and committed to child development.
Required skills
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding best practices.
