Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Full‑Time

About the role

We are seeking a caring Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly early years setting in Warrington. The role is full‑time (8:30 am – 5:30 pm) and focuses on delivering high‑quality early years education within the EYFS framework.

Key responsibilities

• Create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment for children.
• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate activities that support learning and development.
• Implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and monitor progress.
• Maintain clear communication with parents, colleagues and management.
• Ensure safeguarding standards are met, including holding an Enhanced DBS.

Required profile

• Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification (or equivalent).
• Recent experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Passion for supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to obtain or hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
