Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Full‑Time, £27k per year

About the role

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team in Edenbridge. You will work Monday to Friday, creating a safe, fun and nurturing environment that supports children’s learning and development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating classroom environment.
• Observe and record children’s progress, sharing insights with parents and senior staff.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent, high‑quality care.
• Use your initiative to solve everyday challenges and support the team.

Required profile

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive, energetic and proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
