Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Full‑time, Redbridge

About the role

Unity Education is looking for a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly early years setting in Redbridge. This permanent, full‑time position starts in September and offers the chance to lead a growing team while delivering high‑quality early years education.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging learning activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Develop strong partnerships with parents and external organisations to support children’s development.
• Provide supervision, coaching and support to staff, ensuring safeguarding checks are up to date.
• Organise parent visits and maintain a safe, nurturing environment for children.
• Observe, assess and record children’s progress, updating policies in line with OFSTED requirements.
• Support children with special educational needs effectively.

Required profile

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years (CACHE or equivalent).
• Minimum two years’ experience in an early years setting.
• Passion for early years education and child development.
• Excellent communication, organisational and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare.
• Proactive, initiative‑taking attitude with the ability to lead a team.
