Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Full‑Time (Temp‑to‑Perm)

About the role

We are seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a well‑established nursery in Weston‑super‑Mare on a full‑time, temporary‑to‑permanent basis. The role offers a supportive environment where you will help children thrive during their early years.

Key responsibilities

• Support the learning, development and care of children in line with the EYFS framework.
• Plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate activities.
• Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents and carers.
• Observe, assess and record each child’s progress.

Required profile

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (essential).
• Genuine passion for working with young children.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS (preferred).
• Paediatric First Aid (desirable – training can be provided).
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one (support provided).
