About the role
Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly nursery in Warrington from September 2026. This full‑time position runs 8:30 am‑5:30 pm and supports children within the Early Years Foundation Stage, delivering a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment.
Required profile
- Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification (or equivalent).
- Recent experience in a nursery or Early Years setting.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Passion for supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing.
- Confidence planning and delivering age‑appropriate activities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to hold or obtain an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
