Level 3 Practitioner – Early Years Nursery (Basingstoke)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Level 3 Practitioner to join our well‑established nursery in Basingstoke. You will work in a supportive, inclusive environment, delivering high‑quality early years care and education to children during their most formative stages.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver play‑based learning activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Support children’s learning, development and emotional wellbeing.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Promote inclusion, equality and positive behaviour.
• Assist with daily routines and contribute to the smooth running of the nursery.

Required profile

• A Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Caring, enthusiastic and proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Genuine passion for early years education and child development.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills required; focus is on childcare practice.
