Level 3 Qualified Nursery Nurse – Flexible Roles

About the role

We are seeking Level 3 Qualified Nursery Nurses to work across a variety of schools, nurseries and children’s centres in South East London and North West Kent. The role offers flexible day‑to‑day supply work, short‑term assignments, long‑term placements and temp‑to‑perm opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Support children’s learning through play and structured activities.
• Promote physical, emotional and social development in line with the EYFS framework.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment.
• Observe, monitor and record children’s progress.
• Adhere to safeguarding, health and safety, and setting policies at all times.

Required profile

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
• Valid Paediatric First Aid Certificate.
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and children’s welfare.

Required skills

• Paediatric First Aid (certified).
