Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprentice – Fully Funded 11‑Month Programme

About the role

This 11‑month, fully funded apprenticeship offers you the chance to earn while you learn as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant in a welcoming primary school environment. You will receive a CACHE Level 3 qualification and gain hands‑on experience supporting children across EYFS and primary settings.

Key responsibilities

• Support children individually and in small groups.
• Assist with phonics, early literacy, numeracy and play‑based learning activities.
• Help manage behaviour and keep pupils engaged.
• Support children’s social, emotional and developmental needs.
• Assist teachers with lesson preparation, activities and learning resources.

Required profile

• Motivated individuals with a passion for working with young children.
• GCSE Maths & English (Grade C/4+ preferred) or equivalent.
• Not currently enrolled on another government‑funded course.
• Willingness to obtain an enhanced DBS check (support provided).
• Commitment to complete an 11‑month apprenticeship.
