About the role

We are seeking a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Blackpool starting this September. The role is full‑time, term‑time only, and offers a competitive hourly rate.

Key responsibilities

• Support pupils across the classroom to enhance learning and development.
• Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and targeted interventions.
• Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group assistance to students as needed.
• Help create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
• Encourage pupil engagement, confidence, and achievement.

Required profile

• Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Previous experience in a primary school setting.
