About the role
Join a supportive network of primary schools on the Wirral as a Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant. You will work within an EYFS setting, helping children develop socially, emotionally and academically while supporting teachers.
Key responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one support to pupils as required.
- Assist small groups with learning activities.
- Help children develop social, emotional and academic skills.
- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers to maintain a positive learning environment.
Required profile
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Childcare qualification.
- Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting.
- Positive, proactive and supportive attitude.
- Strong communication skills and ability to use initiative.
- Genuine passion for helping children learn and succeed.
