About the role
Engage Education is seeking an enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) class at a well‑rated primary school in Bromley. This temporary position offers the chance to work closely with small groups of pupils and help improve their progress and attainment.
Key responsibilities
- Work with small groups of pupils to deliver targeted learning activities.
- Provide intervention and additional support for students who need extra help.
- Assist the class teacher in preparing resources and maintaining a stimulating classroom environment.
Required profile
- Some experience working with young children or in a school setting.
- A genuine passion for education and pupil achievement.
- Creativity in designing engaging activities.
- Level 3 support staff qualification.
