About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established financial planning firm to hire a Level 4 Diploma Qualified Paraplanner. This full‑time, hybrid position offers the chance to work alongside experienced financial planners in a supportive, development‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality suitability reports for clients.
• Conduct technical research and prepare recommendation documents.
• Analyse investment, pension and protection solutions.
• Ensure all work complies with FCA regulations and internal policies.
• Support advisers in delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent) completed.
• Previous experience as a paraplanner within a financial planning firm.
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments and protection.
• Excellent report‑writing, research and analytical abilities.
• High attention to detail and solid understanding of compliance requirements.
• Experience with Intelligent Office (IO) is preferred but not essential.

What we offer

• Salary range £35,000 – £40,000 per year.
• Hybrid working model – three days in the office.
