LGV Relief/Tramper Driver – Full‑time

About the role

DPD is looking for a dedicated LGV Relief/Tramper Driver to join its UK network. You will operate modern HGVs, transport pallet loads across the country and enjoy a routine of four nights out per week, sleeping in a secure cab.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver bulk parcels between DPD depots and key customers nationwide.
• Plan and manage your own routes using top‑tier GPS and logistics technology.
• Sleep in the cab for up to four nights a week at secure DPD sites.
• Maintain safety standards and adhere to all road regulations.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of pallet loads.

Required profile

• Valid UK Class 1 (Category CE) licence, CPC card and Digital Tachograph card.
• Minimum 12 months experience driving Class 1 vehicles.
• Strong geographical knowledge of UK roads.
• Safety‑first mindset and ability to work under pressure.

What we offer

• £17.91 per hour plus £2.72 night premium (18:00‑06:00).
