Liability Adjuster – Remote covering North London

About the role

We are seeking a Liability Adjuster to join our expanding claims team, working remotely while covering North London and the Home Counties. The role involves managing EL & PL injury and TPPD damage claims from start to finish on an investigative basis, handling each case from cradle to grave and ensuring timely, accurate resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and process liability claims, including EL & PL injury and TPPD damage.
• Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and prepare detailed claim reports.
• Liaise with legal teams, insurers, and other stakeholders to facilitate claim decisions.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.
• Provide recommendations and support for claim settlements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a liability adjuster.
• Energetic, dynamic and ambitious attitude.
• Ability to work independently from home while covering the North London area.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Liability adjusting experience.
