Liability Adjuster – Remote (London)

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Liability Adjuster to join our team on a remote basis, covering London and the surrounding South East England area. You will handle a caseload of employer’s liability (EL), public liability (PL) injury and third party property damage (TPPD) claims on an investigate‑only basis, reporting to an experienced manager who supports career development.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of EL, PL and TPPD claims from initial intake to final report.
- Liaise with policyholders, witnesses and other parties to gather information.
- Take statements, collate evidence and assess liability and quantum.
- Prepare detailed written reports outlining findings and recommendations.
Required profile
- At least two years’ experience in a similar casualty or liability adjusting role, or a desktop background handling EL/PL/TPPD claims.
- Demonstrated ambition to progress into an external adjusting position.
- Ability to work independently from home while covering the South East England region.
