Liability Adjuster (Remote – Manchester)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Liability Adjuster to join our team on a remote basis, covering the Manchester area and surrounding regions. You will manage a caseload of EL/PL injury and TPPD claims from initial investigation through to final settlement, working under the guidance of a supportive manager.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate liability and personal injury claims on an EL/PL and TPPD basis.
• Liaise with policyholders, witnesses, and other parties to gather statements and evidence.
• Collate and analyse documentation, photographs, and other relevant material.
• Prepare detailed reports outlining liability assessments and quantum calculations.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience in casualty or liability adjusting, or a comparable desktop role handling EL/PL/TPPD claims.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication skills for report preparation.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently from home.

Required skills

• Experience with EL/PL injury and TPPD claim investigations.
• Proficiency in gathering and evaluating witness statements and evidence.
• Ability to produce clear liability and quantum reports.
