Liability Adjuster – South East England

About the role

Join a dynamic claims team delivering a varied and challenging caseload across South East England and London. You will work on complex liability claims, collaborating with insurers, reinsurers, brokers and claimants while contributing to a culture that values precision, quality and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site visits and attend meetings with insurers, reinsurers, brokers, claimants and other stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed claim reports, comment on all aspects of each case and devise strategic actions.
• Direct and oversee third‑party experts and resources involved in investigations.
• Maintain regular communication with all parties and play a pivotal role in calculating settlements.

Required profile

• Relevant certification such as CII Certificate or Diploma (Dip CII).
• Experience handling casualty and liability claims.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
