Liability Loss Adjuster – South East England

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Liability Loss Adjuster to join our growing Casualty division. The role involves managing a portfolio of liability losses, including Employers’ Liability, Public Liability and TPPD, across the South East region.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with insurers, policyholders and brokers.
• Conduct thorough investigations within the assigned geographical area.
• Gather evidence, take witness statements, and capture photos or videos.
• Prepare detailed technical reports covering policy indemnity, legal liability and quantum.
• Defend and negotiate settlements within authority limits.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a field liability adjuster.
• Background handling Employers’ Liability and Public Liability losses.
• Strong analytical ability to produce complex reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full clean driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with insurer software and IT systems.
