About the role

Stranger Soccer is expanding its footprint and seeks an ambitious individual to launch and run the brand in Glasgow. As the License Owner/Operator you will own the local business, build a football community and deliver a consistent, high‑quality experience for players.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and grow Stranger Soccer operations in Glasgow
• Secure partnerships with local football venues
• Recruit, train and manage game hosts and part‑time staff
• Drive player acquisition through creative marketing and community outreach
• Maintain a reliable, enjoyable game experience that encourages repeat play
• Continuously improve processes and scale the operation

Required profile

• Passionate about football with strong local insight
• Entrepreneurial mindset and bias for action
• Comfortable taking full ownership and delivering measurable results
• Experience in operations, events, community building or similar fields
• Excellent communication and people‑leadership abilities
