Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer – Maintenance Center

About the role

As part of our ongoing development, we are looking for a dedicated aircraft maintenance professional to support our operational excellence in our maintenance center in Bournemouth. The role involves performing maintenance and troubleshooting tasks in line with company standards and EASA/CAA regulations, while contributing to a safe, efficient, and collaborative working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform aircraft maintenance within company privileges and Part 66 / Part 145 limitations.
• Follow Jetfly safety, compliance policies, manuals, and procedures.
• Issue certificates for release to service, EASA/CAA Form One’s, and serviceable tags.
• Troubleshoot technical issues using approved maintenance data and implement rectifications.
• Complete tasks within timeframes and provide regular progress updates.
• Lead, instruct, and motivate trainees while promoting cost awareness.
• Ensure accurate work orders, documentation, and proper parts handling.
• Maintain tools, work environment, and comply with IATA Dangerous Goods regulations when applicable.

Required profile

• Hold a current EASA and/or CAA B1.1 licence.
• Minimum 5 years of practical aircraft maintenance experience.
• Strong experience in aircraft maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of Part 145 regulations.
• Type rating for Pilatus PC12 and/or PC24 (or similar aircraft) is an advantage.
• Team player, self‑motivated, accurate and well‑organized.
• Flexible, quality‑focused and cost‑conscious.
• Right to work in the UK and fluent in English.

• Pilatus PC12 type rating.

• Maintenance management system usage.
