Lift Engineer – Talent Pool (Buckinghamshire)

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing, minor repairs and component replacement on lift equipment following approved procedures.
• Diagnose and rectify faults during breakdowns, checking speed, motor operation, weight, noise, temperature and power supplies.
• Conduct inspections, adjustments and site surveys, complete service documentation and reinstate lifts to service.
• Carry out advanced fault‑finding using technical manuals and diagnostic test equipment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in lift servicing, maintenance or repairs (preferred).
• NVQ Level 3 in Lift Maintenance or equivalent qualification.
• Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge, with experience on multi‑brand equipment.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to use hand and power tools safely.
