About the role
We are looking for an experienced Lift Project Manager to lead the delivery of lift installation, modernisation and refurbishment projects across the South East. You will manage projects from contract award to hand‑over, ensuring safety, quality and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, schedule and budget multiple lift projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate site activities with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
- Monitor progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions.
- Control project costs, variations and financial performance.
- Oversee commissioning, testing and hand‑over of completed installations.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the lift, elevator, construction or building services sector.
- Strong understanding of lift installation and modernisation processes.
- Excellent planning, organisational and leadership abilities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets.
- Full UK driving licence.
