Lift Service Engineer – Luton

About the role

We are a well‑known lift service, installation and repair company seeking a Lift Service Engineer to join our team in Luton. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing passenger and goods lifts across a dedicated service route.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own lift service route in Luton.
• Attend lift breakdowns and carry out planned servicing and maintenance.
• Provide service and Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) work at customer sites.
• Offer technical support and advice to customers, aiming for a high first‑time fix rate.
• Maintain a professional image as a company ambassador on site.
• Travel throughout the coverage area as required.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 3 qualification in Lift Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Lift Service or Maintenance Engineer.
• Relevant certifications such as J Modules.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and well‑organised.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
