Lift Trainer

About the role

Eastwood Park Training Ltd is seeking an experienced Lift Trainer to deliver high‑quality training and support the development of learners. This role is ideal for an industry professional looking to move into training or an existing trainer seeking a new challenge.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lift training courses
• Support course design, assessment, and quality assurance
• Maintain training equipment and facilities
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
• Contribute to business development and client engagement

Required profile

• Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Lifts/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Systems and Equipment
• Level 3 Award in Electrical Installation Inspection, Testing, Certification and Reporting
• Industry experience in lift installation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work towards the Portfolio Manager role and provide AE services
• Teaching qualification (PTLLS or equivalent) – desirable
• Previous training experience – desirable
