Linux Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

This is a hybrid, full‑time position focused on building and maintaining the end‑to‑end infrastructure that supports advanced communications technology development. You will work across the entire stack – from Linux servers and automation to containerisation, monitoring and networking – while collaborating closely with software, FPGA and systems engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain Linux‑based server environments.
• Implement infrastructure automation using tools such as Ansible or Terraform.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to support rapid software delivery.
• Containerise applications with Docker and support Kubernetes clusters where required.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and optimise complex environments to ensure high availability.
• Work with engineering teams to provide tooling and processes that improve efficiency and scalability.

• Comfortable working in a hybrid setting with both on‑site and remote activities.

• Linux administration
