Liquidity Reporting Manager – Leeds

About the role

The Liquidity Reporting Manager will join Lloyds Banking Group in Leeds to lead high‑quality liquidity risk reporting across the Group. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with Finance, Risk and Treasury partners to support informed decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver regulatory and risk liquidity reporting, including returns, risk appetite updates and management information.
• Explain key drivers of liquidity risk movements to senior stakeholders, the business and regulators.
• Manage change across liquidity reporting, balancing regulatory updates, central initiatives and operational improvements.
• Enhance models, systems and applications used for liquidity reporting.
• Maintain strong relationships with Risk, Finance and Treasury teams to ensure end‑to‑end delivery.
• Embed robust control frameworks, processes and governance for accurate reporting.
• Provide leadership, guidance and development support to the Liquidity Reporting team.

Required profile

• Experienced finance professional with a strong background in Treasury finance.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high‑quality regulatory and risk reporting.
• Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and regulators.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
