About the role
Our client, a leading law firm recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, is expanding its Liverpool personal injury team. They are looking for an ambitious Fee Earner or Solicitor to manage a Fast Track litigated caseload from defence through to settlement or trial.
Key responsibilities
- Run your own Fast Track personal injury cases from the defence stage to settlement or trial.
- Provide comprehensive case management, maintain client communication and negotiate to achieve the best outcomes.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of litigated personal injury experience.
- Organised, client‑focused and motivated to build a rewarding career in PI litigation.
