About the role

We are seeking a Litigation Executive specialising in post‑defence work to join a fast‑moving claims team. The position is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while handling Credit Hire and Personal Injury cases.

Key responsibilities

• Manage post‑defence litigation matters for Credit Hire and Personal Injury claims.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to progress multi‑track cases.
• Prepare and review legal documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Identify and implement solutions to resolve disputes efficiently.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in Credit Hire and Personal Injury litigation.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and drive solutions.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and handling multiple cases simultaneously.
