Litigation Lawyer

About the role

Join a growing specialist litigation practice that handles complex consumer and civil disputes. You will manage a full caseload of civil litigation matters from initial instruction through to resolution, working in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of civil litigation files, from pre‑action advice to trial and post‑judgment work.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, statements of case and other court documents.
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations and settlement negotiations.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and strategic advice.
• Collaborate with senior partners and other team members to develop case strategy.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with experience handling an independent litigation caseload.
• Background in civil, commercial or disputes‑focused work.
• Strong organisational abilities and a proactive approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
