Litigation Paralegal

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Litigation Paralegal to join a well‑established law firm in the centre of Nuneaton. This full‑time, permanent position is office‑based, offering a supportive environment where you will work closely with solicitors on a variety of dispute matters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the litigation team, including preparation and typing of legal documents and correspondence.
• Liaise with clients by telephone, email and face‑to‑face.
• Use the firm’s legal case management system to track matters.
• Assist solicitors with landlord‑tenant, boundary, professional negligence, contractual, contested probate and other dispute cases.
• Gradually take ownership of your own caseload of dispute resolution matters.

Required profile

• A law degree is preferred but not essential.
• Previous experience supporting a Litigation Department within an SRA‑regulated law firm.
• Familiarity with a legal case management system.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
