Litigation Paralegal

About the role

Our client, a well‑established private practice law firm in Oxfordshire, is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to join its expanding team. The role provides hands‑on experience across civil, commercial and dispute‑resolution matters, with strong support from senior fee earners and clear progression pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Assist fee earners on a varied caseload of litigation matters, including civil and commercial disputes.
• Prepare court bundles, draft legal documents and maintain accurate case files.
• Conduct legal research and liaise with clients, counsel and external stakeholders.
• Support the progression of cases from instruction through to conclusion.
• Manage deadlines, perform due‑diligence checks and ensure records are up to date.
• Provide administrative support to the wider litigation team.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Litigation or Dispute Resolution Paralegal.
• Strong understanding of litigation processes and court procedures.
• Excellent drafting, organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to handle a busy workload in a fast‑paced environment.
• LPC, LLM, law degree or equivalent legal qualification is preferred.
• High attention to detail with a proactive, professional approach.
