Litigation Paralegal

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a respected Civil & Commercial Litigation team serving clients nationwide. The role involves supporting dispute matters at various stages and working closely with senior lawyers to deliver high‑quality legal services.
Key responsibilities
- Assist on civil and commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution.
- Prepare and manage case files, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and gather evidence for disputes.
- Liaise with clients, courts, and external parties as required.
- Maintain accurate records and update case management systems.
Required profile
- Minimum 18 months experience as a paralegal within a law firm, preferably in litigation.
- Strong understanding of civil and commercial dispute processes.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
