Litigation Paralegal – Property Law (Swindon)

About the role

We are looking for a Litigation Paralegal with a focus on property law to support our legal team across multiple sites. The successful candidate will assist attorneys throughout the litigation lifecycle, from case initiation to post‑trial activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation, including discovery, trial, and appeals.
• Research statutes, regulations, and case law relevant to property disputes.
• Gather, organise, and prepare evidence and legal documents for attorney review.
• Draft reports, correspondence, contracts, mortgages, and affidavits.
• Support lawyers during trials by handling exhibits, taking notes, and reviewing transcripts.
• File briefs, appeals, and other documents with courts or opposing counsel.
• Coordinate interviews, meetings, and depositions with clients, witnesses, and external vendors.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a paralegal, preferably in property litigation.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and principles related to property law.
• Excellent research, analytical, and organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
